Spent Xmas holidays here and loved the amazing view from the room, especially at night. The hotel restaurant had a great holiday buffet and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Plus, the location was so convenient for exploring the city and its many holiday attractions.
The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, causing us to have restless nights. the room service was slow and not always attentive to our requests.

The hotel's location is convenient as it has a restaurant on the fifth floor, and the place has good access to transport links. the rooms offer a decent view, but, as reported, there are maintenance issues. the available food options are fine, but the breakfast is nothing to write home about.
The poor service in the hotel brings down the whole experience.
